I lead Rothswell, and I am a Managing Director at Oberon Securities, a Manhattan investment bank.
At Oberon my work covers debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and middle-market advisory mandates, including inbound investment into the United States from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Over my career I have been involved in more than $3 billion of completed transaction volume.
Before that I led regulated banking and financial institutions as chief executive, chairman and board director, co-founded and managed a private equity fund in New York, and served as managing partner of a law firm. That mix of banking, investing and law shapes how I structure transactions and how I advise.
At Rothswell I am the licensed producer for life, accident and health insurance in New York. I work in my client's best interest.
