Rothswell is an investment-management and financial-services platform built around four areas: asset management, the American Legacy Fund, wealth management, and insurance.
The Rothswell insurance business is a New York licensed agency. Life, accident and health insurance are offered independently. Property and casualty insurance is offered through Brightway, an independent insurance franchise network.
The American Legacy Fund is under development. No offering is being made through this website, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Wealth management and an investment adviser are planned and are not yet established.

American Legacy Fund is the intended flagship investment vehicle of Rothswell, to be managed by Rothswell Asset Management. Its primary strategy is U.S.-focused, with private investments held in a separate pocket that investors may elect to join.
Status: organized in Delaware and pre-launch. The fund manages no client assets, has no performance to report and is not open for investment. Any future offering would be made only to eligible investors under Regulation D, by offering documents, and not through this website.
